As a capstone project for my Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree, I wanted to get experience with TensorFlow to do something really cool.
I created a classifier that can accurately figure out 10 classes from the CIFAR dataset and implemented fractional max pooling to boost accuracy to 84%!
iQor is a Business Process Outsourcing company which provides customer service, financial services, RMA and device repair services on behalf of many companies. I work in the IT Project Management Office and primarily interact with our 40+ call centers distributed around the world. At any given time we have up to 27,000 employees online and speaking to customers, gigabits of data flowing over our network and tens of thousands of phone calls going on.
I have been privileged over the last 16 years to contribute to the business in many roles and to have been able to get experience in almost every function from a part-time call center agent paying tuition through where I am today.
